Women's sports school with guidance(Arnhem)

The organization is a women's sports school where women can train independently or under supervision. It offers a safe, supportive and motivating environment to work on a "happy-, healthy- and fitlifestyle", for example to lose weight, improve fitness, get stronger or tighter, or be more active.

Activities and products/services.
The organization offers (independent) training and "Supervised Training." This supervised training focuses on safety, correct execution of exercises and achieving fitness goals. Supervised training consists of creating a personal plan that is tailored to the personal situation and training goals. Every 6 weeks the client receives a new training schedule; the route and progress are recorded and discussed. In addition, the client receives appropriate advice, instructions for the use of fitness equipment and explanations about posture and technique, in order to optimize the training trajectory along the way. If desired, the client can train by appointment (for example, 1-on-1 workouts, discuss nutritional advice and/or receive fitness instructions).

The organization targets all women, young and old, who would like to seriously and consistently work on their health and fitness through safe and responsible training, be motivated and challenged by a personal trainer, to build discipline and change their mindset and lifestyle resulting in improving their quality of life.
