Offered are the shares of a fast-growing IT company which is mainly engaged in the development and maintenance of websites, web shops, platforms and portals. Customers are mainly (larger) SME businesses and corporates in the Randstad. There are currently ongoing maintenance contracts with approximately 160 customers (recurring revenue in the form of an SLA). The company runs autonomously with limited involvement of the current shareholder.
