Description

Web design agency (14 years active), sole proprietorship. Business designs and builds websites and web shops (wordpress) for small businesses, SMEs, foundations, associations, etc. In addition, the registration and hosting of the domain is provided by the agency through a reseller agreement with a hosting company. So no own servers.

Details
Due to (permanent) personal circumstances the seller can no longer continue to offer the above services. Since the middle of 2022 due to these circumstances advertising activities have stopped and hardly any new orders have been carried out.

Seller offers 2 options

1. Taking over entire business incl. 150 paying customers (incl. website, name, google account etc). Customers purchase registration, hosting and maintenance of website/webshop.
2. Acquisition of only the 150 (paying) customers who purchase registration, hosting and website maintenance.

For both options, it is important for the seller that the customers are taken over well, that the websites/webshops are also taken over and that the customers notice as little as possible of the takeover. The seller would like the customers to keep a contact in case of questions regarding their website/webshop.
