Web building and hosting company

The offered business is engaged in building reservation systems, websites and web shops for SMEs based on a centralized modular WordPress and WooCommerce system in which a large number of own plug-ins are programmed. The CMS and the various plug-ins are sold under license and are technically secured such that the system is only operational on the company's own servers. In addition, web hosting services for small businesses and individuals are offered through two HostFact-automated websites.

Customer base
The customers are SME businesses in the north and east of the Netherlands. With 450 customers, 1,750 monthly or annual subscriptions for licenses, helpdesk, hosting, domain registrations, SSL certificates and spam filters have been concluded.

Employees
The company runs independently with limited involvement from the current shareholder. There is 1 front end developper in full-time employment and 1 hosting specialist/help desk employee in a 0.9 FTE employment. Due to limited new influx of projects, the business is currently running on limited capacity hours available. These hours are now used primarily at zero rate for other business activities of the owner. With proper sales efforts, revenue can be significantly increased at no additional cost.
