The company operates a dual market strategy:

• B2B (primary focus): An end-to-end Product-as-a-Service subscription for childcare locations and hospitals. The revenue model consists of: one-time setup fee per location, monthly service fee per child place or bed, and transportation and logistics fee. Contracts run for three years and provide predictable, recurring revenue.
• B2C: Direct-to-consumer sales through its own webshop, targeting parents. This market acts as brand foundation and will be actively scaled up again from 2027, driven in part by institutional validation from B2B.
