An innovative product was started and then a version 2.0 was created. These photobooths can either be used at fixed location, where the visitor pays per photo print + gif, at €3 to €5 per session. Or rent the photobooths for events. Of course this can be combined.
Details
The B.V. will continue to exist and be used for other activities. It involves the sale of 10 photobooths, 3 of which are in locations and making revenue.
Reason for sale
The reason for sale is that after 8+ years of experience in the photobooth and event industry, an opportunity in another sector (IT industry) has been seen. There will be full focus on this new opportunity and that is the reason that the photobooths are offered for sale. Sale is about the inventory, and therefore not the acquisition of an entity such as the B.V.
