Personal holding with risk portfolio

The entrepreneur created the personal holding company several years ago to house her private equity investments. The entrepreneur passed away last year. The heirs chose to sell the company as a whole instead of selling the individual investments, partly because all the investments are unlisted.

Business activities
The main private equity investments consist of certificates of two, several years ago started, strongly expanding companies with an international orientation. One company focuses on leisure activities in a broad sense, the other can be seen as a technology company with a proven new and patented technology. Both investments have focused entirely on growth and further investment. This implies that no dividend return can be expected in the short term. The return must come from value creation. In the long term, an IPO is the obvious choice, and for the shorter term, an internal trading platform is being worked on.

Portfolio
In addition to both "equity investments," the portfolio also includes two high-yield but risky bonds. Both the stocks and bonds are issued by independent companies that are, however, related to the same organization.
