In addition, the practice has contracts with several municipalities in the south of the Netherlands for youth care, which ensures a broad financial spread. The practice is professionally set up and operates with a self-managing team of about 10 FTE salaried and about 2 FTE hired. The company is certified according to recognized quality standards and works with its own financial monitor for control of result-oriented financing.
