Home care agency specializing in the WMO and health insurers

The emphasis is on providing household assistance to WMO clients. Contracts are in place with multiple municipalities and several health insurers. WMO care is provided to approximately 600 clients. That number is stable. The agency holds HKZ certification. It provides care to WMO clients from municipalities and, at the request of health insurers, also provides care to their insured individuals.

The Organization
The home care agency has been active in multiple municipalities for over 20 years and works with several health insurers. Client satisfaction surveys are conducted on a regular basis. In most cases, the agency receives ratings between 7 and 8.

The agency is managed by a single director. Office operations are handled by a number of planners under the supervision of a team manager. The actual care services are provided by 130 (part-time) employees. The facility is located in a rented building. The buyer has no obligation to continue the lease; however, this is possible if desired.
