This business was founded several years ago. It has developed software that allows individuals to have their passions and skills analyzed, businesses to select and attract suitable staff, and educational institutions (universities) to streamline their educational programs and deliver students to the job market, both with employers and in their own start-up businesses.

The software is already running at universities at home and abroad. Recently obtained a major award from a partnership that includes IBM. There is talk at the government level of rolling out nationwide in some countries. Capital is needed for further growth. There is room for the "smaller" investor for a stake of 25,000 euros (via an angel fund, in which a total of 500,000 euros is placed, so participation exemption as a BV or box 2 as a private investor, so no box 3!) and larger stakes of 500,000 euros and more. All investors (i.e. through a the fund or directly) get a stake in the global top holding company.
