Gallery and art lending

The gallery and art loan has about 1250 artworks of which 500 are rented and 750 are still available for sale or loan. Customers consist mostly of individuals, but also a small number of business customers (government and businesses).

Collection
The collection contains a wide range of paintings and silkscreen prints, including, for example, well-known Namurs such as Jan Cremer, Herman Brood and Corneille. The gallery is basically run completely independently by the attending employee (16 hours per week).

Goodwill
There is still a considerable item of goodwill in the business of € 24,000 per year, which ensures that virtually no VPB needs to be paid. This goodwill is part of the business and can therefore also be utilized by the new owner.
