Advertising agency with in-house creative studios

Undermeming has been operating since 2003 as a creative marcom business with a clear specialization: setting up and running in-house creative studios for marketing teams. A model that has since come on strong, but was developed and professionalized early on by the business.

Besides in-house projects, we also work for clients where in-house is not relevant or not desired. For these clients we function as a flexible full-service creative agency / production partner (remote or hybrid), with the same pragmatic approach: fast switching, high output, transparent collaboration. The revenue mix consists of a combination of embedded studios and central studio support (approx. 70/30).

Creative studios
The creatives work as an extension of marketing teams of leading national and international operating A-brands (B2C and B2B). From a strong central back office and a flexible pool of specialists, we develop a wide range of creative resources: offline, online, dtp, design, video, animation, campaigns and concepts. The model is scalable and ensures brand consistency, short lines and efficiency - especially as the collaboration runs longer and brand knowledge becomes deeper.
