Administration Office

The organization provides financial administrations for SME entrepreneurs, including sole traders, private limited companies and vof structures. Work includes preparation of financial statements and preparation of all relevant tax returns, such as VAT, payroll tax, VPB, DIB and IB.

Relevant information
Most of the administrations are entered manually in a desktop accounting program. A small part has their own software, but uses it mainly for their own invoicing. Customer delivery varies. A large part delivers physically (the adm on paper) dmn binders with documents (sales fact sheet-purchase fact sheet-bank statements). And part of the customers deliver everything digitally in the form of files (pdf).

Clients
The client base consists of approximately 85 clients, of which about 60% are sole proprietors, 30% are limited liability companies or partnerships and 10% are individuals. The focus is on personal service: each client receives customized and direct contact, with questions answered quickly. The philosophy is that the client is not a file, but a person.Many clients are located in Den Haag and surrounding areas. Clients at greater distance do provide everything digitally, or physically offer adm once a year.
