The office has six employees, including the owners. The business location is leased and the lease can be continued if desired or terminated at relatively short notice, depending on the wishes of the acquirer.

Transaction form
The preference is for a direct transfer, in which the entrepreneurs can remain connected to the office and the buyer for a period to be agreed upon in order to avoid customer turnover. It concerns an asset transaction. An earn-out construction or deferred payment of the acquisition price is not desired.
