Proven impact organization seeks long-term partners

A Dutch nonprofit organization building the Effective Giving movement in the Netherlands. Through events, a workplace toolkit, and a national campaign program, the organization connects socially conscious employees and businesses with charities worldwide.

Core Activities:
The organization hosts events on a break-even basis through ticket sales and develops a workplace toolkit that makes Effective Giving the core of businesses’ CSR policies. Two full-time equivalents (FTEs) manage volunteers, coordinate activities, and implement the marketing and communications plan. New initiatives for which funding is being sought: a national awareness campaign and the further development and rollout of the workplace toolkit.

Team: Two founders, both active within the organization. One founder is an investor himself and therefore has insight into the impact and return on invested capital. Current team: 2 employees, supplemented by a network of volunteers. The funding will be used, among other things, to hire an additional full-time Partnership Manager.
