Supplier (including) to the maritime & offshore sector

The client is seeking a supplier to the maritime and offshore sectors, among others. Preference is given to a business active in manufacturing and/or repair, possibly combined with engineering and/or service provision. The business is preferably involved in complex projects of some scale and operates in a dynamic, technical environment.

It is important that production can operate independently and autonomously, without heavy reliance on the current owner. Pure engineering firms or companies engaged exclusively in trading activities are less likely to match the buyer profile. The company we are seeking is based in the Netherlands and preferably has at least 15 employees.
