Web agencies

We are specifically looking for digital agencies with an existing customer portfolio that generate structural revenue from hosting and maintenance contracts. We are primarily concerned with taking over these contracts and customer relationships, with the aim of further managing, optimizing and expanding them within our existing processes and technical infrastructure.

We are particularly interested in parties that:

• Have a stable base of customers with ongoing hosting and/or maintenance contracts
• Manage websites or applications in WordPress, Laravel or similar modern environments
• Possibly offer additional services (such as domain management, updates, or ongoing development)
• Want to scale themselves or focus on other activities
