Criteria for participation

• Financially sound (nice numbers, margin, stable foundation)
• Repeatable revenue model (preferably with recurring revenue or regular trade customers)
• Team of approx. 4-10 fte, or up to ±40 with existing management structure
• Positive culture, ambitious and forward-looking
• Hard to copy or hard to penetrate market (little competition)
• Scope for gradual or partial acquisition
