The client focuses on identifying and growing specialist B2B service providers within the human capital and professional services sector. The focus is primarily on secondment of highly skilled professionals and scarce profiles, possibly complemented by activities in the areas of search, interim management and other niche forms of business services. The client is looking for companies with a clear positioning within their market and a distinctive profile.

Wanted is a stable, profitable company active within sectors such as finance, government/public sector, engineering and IT/Data/Digital. Preference is given to businesses that operate within a geographical 'circle' around Leiden, Haarlem, Zwolle, Apeldoorn, Arnhem, Nieuwegein and Zoetermeer, and have a solid market position, structural customer relationships and a good spread of clients. In addition, it is important that the company has a professional basis, limited dependence on the current owner and room for further commercial growth and development.

Key figures
The client focuses on companies with revenues between approximately €10 and €25 million and EBITDA of approximately €0.5 to €3 million, with a workforce of approximately 75 to 250 employees. These are often situations in which the current owner wishes to retire in whole or in part, for example as part of a succession issue.
