Roofing entrepreneurs

Our client (an entrepreneurial investment company) is looking for ambitious roofing entrepreneurs to join a family of roofing companies.

Preferred

• Active in renovation, maintenance and/or new construction of roofs, both flat and sloped;
• Revenue of more than EUR 2.5 million or an operating profit (EBIT) of more than EUR 250,000;
• Minimum 10 employees, preferably predominantly in-house executive staff, no parties entirely dependent on a flexible shell / ZZPs for execution;
• Primarily active for professional clients such as housing corporations, government / municipalities, healthcare institutions and property managers (not or limited active for private individuals).

Details
Client is also interested in parties offering adjacent services such as lightning protection, fall protection and/or construction and maintenance of living/ green roofs. Client has the ambition to bring together a group of like-minded entrepreneurs into 1 group - a family of roofing companies. Due to the larger (joint) scale, the entrepreneurs will be relieved by taking care of administration, HR (e.g. attracting and retaining personnel) and innovation on a central level. The entrepreneurs retain their identity, freedom and responsibility at the local level, close to the customers and employees. The approach is to jointly expand the business and take the next step - as part of the group. If entrepreneurs prefer to pass the baton to the next generation or a new management team, that is also one of the possibilities.
