• Niche logistics - specialist transport, refrigerated transport, EV last-mile delivery etc.
• Installation engineering / Technical property management - including HVAC, maintenance contracts, fire safety, access systems.

Desired characteristics.
Traditional businesses, asset light, low AI disruption, high fragmentation, stable margins, operational complexity, preferably B2B.

Target company

• Not too small (too much risk) and not too big (funding and competition from PE).
• Revenue: €850K - €2.5M
• Purchase price indication: €350K - €1.5M
• Recurring revenue (or potential), growth potential via integration with other businesses.
• DGA open to pre-exit and follow-up
