Investor seeks self-service washroom locations

The buyer is looking for self-service wash bay locations, with a minimum of 2 wash bays and preferably locations with 4 or more wash bays. Situations in which several smaller locations can be taken over jointly, or in which locations can be logically combined within one region, are also interesting. It is possible that the location may additionally have a roll-over wash installation, provided this is supportive of the operation of the wash bays.

Key figures
The bottom line for interest is an EBITDA starting at around €40,000. Both fully unmanned locations and locations with limited staff are eligible.

Transaction
The buyer focuses primarily on a 100% takeover. In many cases, optimization and/or renovation will be sought after the acquisition, for example in the field of technology, payment and access systems, appearance or operational set-up.
