The business I am looking for has been established for at least 3 years and operates with a team, consisting of at least 5 FTE. Current revenue is between 0.5M and 5M annually. The business, which I will possibly acquire, is located in the Tech ScaleUp or SME, where the entrepreneur wishes to exit.
