Business in electrical installation engineering

The searching party is looking for an all-round electrical installation company, which has a broader orientation than just work for consumers. Ideally, the business sought has a team of employees who can operate independently, with a need for new leadership to further grow the business. The sales level should be between approximately €2 and €5 million and sustainably profitable. The workforce may consist of 10-20 FTE incl. overhead. The searching party wishes to find a company which is based/active in the region of Greater Alkmaar. Preference is given to a 100% acquisition, but a joint participation with third parties could also be possible in certain cases.
