Child care manager seeks acquisition opportunity as MBI candidate

I am looking for an existing organization in the child care sector with a healthy foundation and committed employees, where quality and care for children are paramount. This can be either a small-scale organization with potential for further development, or a well-established business whose owner is looking for a reliable successor to ensure continuity.

Criteria
Ideally an organization with between 5 and 50 employees and an annual turnover of approximately €500,000 to €3.5 million. Both daycare and out-of-school care, or a combination thereof, are of interest. Preference is given to businesses in Eastern, Central or Northern Netherlands.

Other information
I am open to situations where further professionalization or growth is desired, but also feel at home in an organization that is ready for transfer and looking for someone who wants to continue the business with expertise and personal commitment. In either case, I bring the experience and entrepreneurship to chart a future-proof course and bring the team along with me.
