For an automotive company we are looking for a suitable business location in the Rotterdam region, with preference for the west side of the city(Schiedam, Vlaardingen and surroundings). It concerns a takeover of the location including present business equipment, whereby both renting and buying is negotiable.

Preferred
Preference is given to an operational garage or car dealership location with workshop facilities, lift bridges and sufficient outdoor space for vehicle storage and display.
