For a well-established steel company in the Eastern Netherlands, buyer is looking for an assembly company specialized in roofing, facade and wall cladding. Buyer is active in steel structures and wants to strengthen its services with its own assembly capacity. Businesses with a strong executive assembly team are expressly preferred and buyer is open to both a full and a phased transfer.

Having your own setting shop is not a requirement and is not a priority. It is primarily about people, assembly knowledge and execution power, not machinery or real estate. Businesses with about 5-25 people are preferred. Both smaller, well-organized teams and medium-sized assembly companies are interesting. Preference for businesses in eastern Netherlands.
