The organization manages webshops, started in 2018, focused on the Netherlands, Flanders, Germany and Austria. The Dutch webshop generates most of the revenue. All webshops use a unique self-developed WordPress and WooCommerce template, which ensures a better SEO score and easy integration of plug-ins.

Details

• There is no stock to take over. The webshop works on the basis of smart shipment with a Dutch partner (the supplier). Only prepaid orders are delivered to customers. The cash position is therefore always positive and there is no default risk;
• The administrative process of the web shops is fully automated. The personnel effort is minimal. An estimate is maximum 2 hours per week for incidental questions by mail or phone, the financial administration and sending commercial newsletters;
• The webshop has 3,812 SKUs with current content. Because there are few or no usable digital product files available from suppliers, these are compiled manually and have unique content;
• There are fixed purchasing agreements with the supplier, who also carries out the fulfillment work. Via APIs, the Supplier's current stocks are updated and the paid orders are automatically processed administratively. DHL collects the packages to be shipped from Supplier at the end of each working day;
• There are no employees working through IVO Internet Sales Solutions.

Opportunities
The web shops did not use any other paid online advertising channels besides Meta, such as Google or Marktplaats.

Further information
The webshops are offered via an asset-liability transaction. The starting point for the purchase price is a multiple times EBITDA. The EBITDA for these shops is identical to the profit due to the fact that there is no depreciation, zero interest and no amortization of goodwill. The sector is E-commerce, the subsector web shops. There are no employees. The recurring revenue is 30%. Since all operations are largely automated, dependence on the current owners is low.
