Description

The webshop is a specialized one stop shop for crochet and knitting enthusiasts, with a strong focus on amigurumi and crochet baby toys. The company provides a complete and up-to-date assortment, and distinguishes itself through fast shipping and attractive packaging of orders.

Market and customer base
The customer base consists mainly of mothers and grandmothers who want to make something for their (grand)child, supplemented by avid hobbyists. The webshop focuses mainly on the Dutch and Flemish market.

Strengths
The assortment is complete and up to date. Orders are often shipped the same day and nicely packaged. The shop is easy to run part time. About 75 m² of space is needed for the stock. The current space cannot be taken over.

Details
The webshop operates on the user-friendly Mijnwebwinkel platform and order processing is done in-house. Most suppliers are based in the Netherlands, deliver quickly and are pleasant to work with. In the past 30 days, approximately 4,500 active users have been registered via Google Analytics. The asking price is based on the current purchase value of the stock (approximately €65,000), supplemented by €17,500 for the webshop, inventory and packaging materials. Work has already started on reducing the inventory to achieve a better ratio to profitability.
