Software developer ticket & POS systems

The organization is a Dutch software developer specializing in online ticketing and POS systems since 2007. It focuses specifically on independent cinemas, theaters and movie houses and has built a leading market position in this niche. The software is fully in-house developed and modular, which guarantees flexibility and adaptability for the customer. The Web-based solution allows customers to, among other things:

• sell and scan tickets via mobile devices (without additional hardware);
• Apply hospitality integration with ticketing;
• Offer loyalty programs and gift cards;
• Create software links with external systems such as ATMs and accounting packages.

The organization works with over 55 customers and has now processed over 3 million tickets. Sales are primarily through existing customers, own websites and word of mouth.

Revenue model
Revenue is made up of several recurring and partly one-time revenue sources:

• monthly commission on tickets sold;
• monthly revenues for additional software modules;
• Annual maintenance contracts based on number of venues;
• limited one-time fees for hardware.
