Recreation company

On behalf of the owner, we offer a well-run and modern recreation company in North Brabant. The recreation company is located on over 6.5 hectares of its own land and has annual pitches, camping sites and its own rental chalets. The business has been almost completely renovated in recent years. Most of the chalets on the annual pitches and all own rental chalets are recent. The site is spacious with lots of greenery and has excellent opportunities for further development with, for example, chalets and own rental units. The modern main building consists of a reception and catering facilities. The catering is leased to an operator. The spacious detached company house is located on the edge of the site and has its own driveway. The asking price includes 23 own modern chalets!
