The company is a consulting firm in construction and project management based in the northern half of the Netherlands. The consultancy company focuses on construction and renovation management, architectural drawing and design/architecture in the business market. In doing so, the business works mainly for larger SME businesses in a specific industry. Many clients are long-term relationships.

Business operations
Business activities are conducted from a BV structure. The business premises are owned and leased internally. The organization is formed by an independently operating team of about 10 expert employees (9-FTE), consisting of advisers (from junior to senior, both draftsmen and project leaders) and secretariat. The management is active with the daily management of the business, recruitment projects and administration. The business has a flat organizational structure with a management team with short lines of communication and direct communication.

Reason for sale.
The current owner has built the business into what it is today. He wishes to step back as an entrepreneur and is looking for a suitable party to continue and grow the business. The seller is willing to transfer the business via a warm transfer.
