Business service provider privacy law

An established privacy consulting firm (Central Netherlands region, founded in 2017) with an excellent reputation and a well-filled order book-especially focused on structurally filling the role of Data Protection Officer (FG) at clients within government, healthcare and education. The firm works for organizations from approximately 15 to 800 employees and also provides support in the area of risk management and DPIAs.

The company is distinguished by a pragmatic, client-oriented approach and long-term relationships in a growth market. A flexible deployment of experienced privacy professionals (mainly self-employed) keeps fixed costs low and makes the organization scalable.

The current DGA is also active as a privacy lawyer and wishes to take steps back in management and direction. Transfer can take place through a complete takeover of the company, but a participation model is also a possibility. In the latter case, there is room for a managing partner to take on the day-to-day management and further growth, possibly with share participation in due course.
