We would like to get in touch with recruitment agencies / personnel mediators with a focus on one or more industries. How long the organization exists is less important, as long as there is ongoing business and a relatively stable workforce. The ideal profile has between 5 and 15 FTE, primarily recruitment and sales. Organizations smaller than 5 FTE but with demonstrable potential are also invited to respond.

The entrepreneur behind the agency wants to sell it either completely or in phases, or sees an opportunity to realize a faster increase in value by joining a larger entity than by continuing to grow organically. In principle, the entrepreneur is still involved in this himself, but exiting the operation is also negotiable.
