Wanted are healthy or less well run (with challenge) manufacturing companies in metal construction, machining and/or wood and interior construction. Some preferences:

• 10-150 FTE, revenue 1-10 mi;
• Specific products and/or competencies that are distinctive in your market(s);
• Where there is a need for operational structuring and improvement to perform better;
• Acquisition of majority ownership.
