Maintenance company in facade elements/ access security

A company in maintenance of facade elements and/or access security is sought. Preference is given to companies in the area between Zeeland, Amsterdam, Arnhem and Eindhoven. We want to grow the organization with this acquisition. Participations and gradual exit is also negotiable.
