Installation company

An installation company with a minimum revenue of 1-10 million euros with EBITDA > 10%, based in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium. The owner must be willing to stay in the business for at least two years to ensure the continuity of the organization.

Preferences

• Preference will be given to businesses active in the (social) housing market, in collective housing estates or in collective and commercial real estate such as sports complexes, swimming pools, and so on.
• The desired business must have an experienced and knowledgeable (management) team that functions well and can independently run day-to-day business operations.
• The desired business must have a stable and growing customer base consisting of repeat customers and/or long-term contracts.
• The desired business must have a good reputation and solid financial results from recent years.
• The desired business must have a functioning and up-to-date IT system and accounting software so that integration with Cenergist can be smooth.
• The desired business preferably has expertise in; HVAC , mechanical / electrical engineering / sustainability, for example in energy conservation, heat pumps, water management or the sustainability of existing buildings.

Sustainability

• The desired business should preferably have certifications and labels whether in the field of sustainability or not.
• The desired business should preferably be abreast of the latest developments and trends in HVAC and be able to offer innovative solutions to customers.
• The desired business should preferably be able to advise clients on sustainability and help them make sustainable choices.
