Electrical installer ( Amsterdam area)

Wanted are companies that meet the following acquisition profile:

• Activities: electrical installation company whose core business is the installation of light, power and low-voltage installations, both for new construction and renovation. Preferably also including service & maintenance (including 24/7 fault service) and/or installation, service and maintenance of fire alarm, security and/or evacuation installations.
• Customers: The company works mainly for customers in the utility sector and prefers to have long-term relationships with its customers.
• Location: Amsterdam area (approx. 25 km radius around Amsterdam).
• Staff: up to 25 employees (average age preferably <45 years)
• Management: preference for company management/directors who want to stay involved (for some time) after acquisition. However, this is not a requirement.
• Financial: the company realizes revenue between €0.6 and €4 million on an annual basis.
• Transaction structure: the transaction is preferably an acquisition of 100% of the shares. Other transaction structures are negotiable.
