The webshop focuses primarily on consumers in the Netherlands and Belgium. The largest customer group concerns the middle-aged to elderly segment. The customer base currently consists of over 13,000 active newsletter readers.

Strengths
The company exists for almost 15 years and is a niche player in nightwear and homewear. The inventory risk is limited because agreements have been made with a few suppliers for deliveries from their stocks. These deliveries do not involve dropshipping, but a continuous supply of stock for orders that are not in own stock and are sent to the customer via a fulfillment party. The entire fulfillment (shipping, inventory management and returns processing) is outsourced to a reliable fulfillment partner. In addition, there is a collaboration with a call center to take the first-line incoming calls.
