This asset manager concerns an established business.

• Up-to-date with AFM/DNB reports, AO/IC etc, European passport.
• No AUM, except for a few portfolios that are still being run down. So there is no payment for AUM.
• Two qualified directors who can stay as long/short after acquisition as buyer desires.
• Equity on final acquisition is zero and no funds/obligations plus or minus on acquisition.
• Portfolio management system installed at a Dutch and a foreign broker, as well as at a bank.

Asking Price
Asking price for all shares of the BV: €100,000.

Details

• In addition to the purchase price, the asset management firm must have at least €100,000 in equity in the event of an acquisition, due to a DNB requirement.
• Acquisition of 10% or more requires a vvgb by DNB.
