Trade company in soft drinks

Since more than 10 years we are active on the Dutch market with two soft drink brands. These brands are sold in various sales channels in the Netherlands. Part of the revenue is generated by sales to foreign countries. For more information we are happy to explain it in a mutual conversation.

The seller wishes to sell both brands including the related revenue, including the filling contract (production is done in the Netherlands by a first-class producer).

Reason for sale
The current entrepreneur wishes to buy out his business partner by selling part of the joint venture. This allows both business partners to further invest in their own businesses.
