Business model
Through the issuance of bonds, the company strengthens capital to care-related companies within the group. These healthcare limited companies use the capital to purchase or convert healthcare real estate, furnish and operate new healthcare facilities. The earnings model is a fixed interest payment to investors: proceeds from interest and repayment streams within the healthcare network. The term is 2, 3 or 5 years. The interest rate is 7-10%, depending on the term. And the minimum deposit is €10,000 per bond.
