Textile trading company seeks participant / board member

The trading company (partnership) has a strong market position and focuses its services on the design, production, stock management and supply of specific textile products (85%) and safety clothing (15%). The sales market is mainly the Netherlands (75%) and some customers outside the Netherlands (25%).

Revenue
In 2021 the company will have served over 40 (regular) customers. The market prospects in the Benelux and Germany are excellent. With about 10 customers, 80% of revenue is realized. The sales forecast (2022) is €8,000,000, with a healthy operating result. The structure of the company is aimed at further growth, at home and abroad.

Staff
There are 7 employees within the company, the two shareholders (50/50%) serve as board members. The business uses a well-maintained office building and warehouse.
