Tech startup in recruitment

An application for iOS/Android plus website. The app introduces a new way of applying for jobs. With the application's unique software it is possible for the user (candidate/vacancy holder) to screen relevant vacancies/candidates in a Tinder-like manner within seconds purely on relevant core criteria (without long/dry CVs and cover letters), partly because of this the startup speeds up the start of the application process in an approachable, innovative, smooth and smart way.

Details
The app has been carefully tested with 'look a like' target group and can enter the market. In addition, the code of the matching technology definitely has the potential to be used for other marketplaces where supply and demand can come together efficiently such as dating apps. Of course, the technology can also be used for other types of platforms/applications.

Background
The software from this application was partially extracted from another application we manage. Growth money was previously raised and developed for this, because of this the application has matching software from years of development.
