T-shirt company with cartoon characters

This company was born out of the fact that Flanders and Belgium have very well-known cartoon characters, but actually do relatively little with them - outside of the albums themselves and expensive pieces like figurines for collectors. Domestically, they are more popular than Disney characters, but much less is done with them. The current owner envisions establishing a sustainable clothing line with cartoon characters. This could include sweaters, hoodies and socks.
