Project Flower is an international supplier of unique products and materials that add value to flowers and plants. The company has developed its own unique recipes and coloring techniques over the past 30 years, with a strong focus on delivering high quality. This is recognized internationally by over 400 customers worldwide. The current shareholder is approaching retirement and has no successor for the company. He is willing to ensure a proper transfer.

Project Flower expects to achieve annual sales of about €1.2 million and EBITDA of about €360k in 2025 (in 2024 these were €1.08 million and €339k respectively). The company thus achieves high margins. According to the current owner, under an alternative strategy, with a focus on entering major South American and Asian markets, revenue could increase significantly. This would, however, lead to a decrease in the current high margins. Given the profitability of the current strategy and the age of the shareholder, it was decided not to actively enter these markets for the time being.
