The consultancy exists more than 15 years, was founded by the current shareholder and located in the north of the Netherlands. The current working area is mainly Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, Flevoland and head of Overijssel. During its existence it has grown autonomously into a medium-sized player as a specialist in the guidance and advice of subsidies and in this the unburdening of its customers.

The founder of this grants consultancy is now sole shareholder. He does not see himself as the person who can take this company to the next level, he wants to focus on other business activities which he is already doing (partly).

Revenue
In recent years, revenue has grown organically each year to approximately €675,000 in 2022. Revenue in 2023 is expected to be lower than 2022 and at 2020 and 2021 levels (€475,000/€500,000). Annual EBITDA (normalized) is around 35% and is expected to remain at a stable level in the coming years.
