This established and profitable software company develops and operates a specialized, self-developed Warehouse Management System (WMS) solution for Dutch SMEs. The software automates data collection on the shop floor and links seamlessly with existing ERP systems via a modern API architecture. Built from more than 30 years of practical experience in logistics, the product solves a structural problem: the error-prone, manual inventory management faced by many SMB businesses.

Organization
The company is structured as a license house: the entire intellectual property (IP), source code, licensing contracts and hosting are housed in a private company. Commercial execution (sales, implementation and consultancy) is provided exclusively through a partner and reseller structure. This results in a transferable and extremely scalable SaaS model with minimal fixed costs.

The customer base consists of SME businesses in manufacturing, wholesale and logistics.
