Social media platform seeks co-investors

The business concerns a social application that already has over 800,000 downloads. The application is already operational in two countries since its launch, +/- 2.5 years ago. There have been +/- 800,000 downloads of the application in the interim period. There is proven enthusiasm in several EU countries due to successful pilots that have taken place. The current funding round will be used to further roll out in three countries.

Business model
The business model (in progress) is the following:

• B2B, businesses pay a monthly fee to be visible on the platform;
• Mandatory memberships for users;
• Freemium/premium;
• There is also a service fee of EUR 1 per transaction.
