For private investors, the firm manages real estate: the rental of houses, apartments, student houses, garages, stores and business premises.

Business activities
The work of the management office consists of completely unburdening the clients by, among other things, drawing up the leases, maintaining contact with the tenants, collecting the rents, and carrying out check-ins and check-outs during tenant changes. Any complaints and maintenance requests are recorded in a property program and, depending on the owner's wishes, reported to them or handled directly by the office itself through contractors, plumbers, central heating installers, et cetera.

Financial
The current annual turnover of the office is approximately €165,000, obviously excluding VAT. The gross profit margin is about 80%. Under deduction of commission and costs incurred for landlords, revenue is paid to landlords on a monthly basis.
